1.Formula One Grand Prix – 45 Minutes Away From Manama

Even though you are not a fanatic Formula one fan, if visiting Bahrain during Grand Prix, take your time to see it. The circuit is situated in ex desert land approx. forty-five kilometers out of Manama city. The only accessible route to the circuit is for now only from Manama downtown via the major highway. By visiting this conversation area you will have the honour to see animals, indigenous to Middle East, like scimitar-horned oryx, endangered desert antelopes, “Arabian oryx”, “Nanger dama”, “Nubian ibex”, wild goat, “Impala”. Park is located only 35 kilometers from Manama. On the causeway follow the signs for Riffa.At the “El Zallaq Beach Highway” you will see the entrance to the part. Park is accessible only by private transport.

3. Look For “Tree of Life”

More than four hundred years old majestic tree, survived almost five centuries in the heart of the desert. Locals even believe that the place where tree is located used to be an original garden of Eden. Reasonably easy to find if you head south on the new double highway heading to “Durrat Al Bahrain” until the Bridge number 3 then turn right and follow the traffic signs. The tree will be on your left side.
